Building Self-efficacy among youth

Healthyouth has numerous long term programs and MOUs with NGOs, schools, and orphanages to support local efforts to keep children engaged in school and learning. In Thailand, we work with refugee communities to teach English and help children learn about life outside of the camps. We also teach effective skills to prevent disease transmission and maintain a healthy hygiene. In Peru, our work with local street children in serving as mentors and after school tutors has been recognized by the Mayor of Huancayo.
